This Rub is specially designed for cooking ribs. Each ingredient has been specially balanced to try and bring out the best of the Ribs' flavours. The brown sugar in the mixture caramelises during cooking and manages to form the typical crust that makes ribs a must at every barbecue. Use: Clean the ribs by removing the skin from the bones (pleura) and, after degreasing them well and sprinkling them with Ribs Rub 24, rub them so that this mixture adheres evenly. Cover them with film and place them in the fridge. Let them rest and then bake them.
