- Two Glass Gin Bottles (350ml each)
- Juniper berries (35 g)
- Two filters
- A funnel
- Labels to personalise bottles
Package Contents Botanical Gin Tonic - The Essentials:
- Star Anise (20 g)
- Orange peel (10 g)
- Cinnamon sticks (15 g)
- Cardamom (30 g)
- Juniper berries (30 g)
- Hibiscus flowers (10 g)
- Pink Pepper (25 g)
- Allspice (25 g)
- Ginger Zest (40 g)
Method of use:
- 1) Start with 750 ml of neutral alcohol at 40 degrees (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE, e.g. vodka).
- 2) Steep a few juniper berries (8/10 berries). Leave the berries to macerate for 24 hours in the dark.
- 3) The time has come to choose the botanicals: do you prefer a sweeter or more bitter taste? Do you want to bring out the citrus or spicy notes? Choose the recipe you prefer, inspired by the gin labels you know or by your personal taste. The more botanicals you add, the more complex the gin will taste.
- 4) Add the chosen botanicals to the vodka along with the juniper and leave to macerate for another 24 hours. After this time, the drink will have taken on an amber colour.
- 5) Filter it to remove residues and bottle your gin. Don't forget to apply the label on which you note the botanicals used! Your personal gin is ready to drink: store it in the dark and serve it chilled!
