
Mulled wine is a hot drink made from warm red wine with sugar and spices, consumed mostly in winter, particularly during the Advent or Christmas season. It is a very aromatic preparation with a sweet and spicy taste, known for its invigorating power.
Preparation
Pour 1 L of red wine into a saucepan and add the entire contents of the jar.
Bring slowly to a boil, turn off the heat and let stand for 15 minutes.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar , Cloves, Cinnamon Sticks, Juniper Berries, Dehydrated Orange Peel.
